    Business Model: Recurring or subscription-based revenue, low churn, established 20+ years.

    Client Base: Strong retention and long-term contracts (especially state and federal).

    Sectors: IT, Healthcare & Public Health, Water/Wastewater, Defense Industrial Base, Transportation, Critical Manufacturing.

    Ownership Model: Semi-absentee with established operating staff; not reliant on a single owner.

    We prioritize companies that:

    Enhance Navajar’s consulting, professional services, or data insights portfolio.

    Have scalable offerings and stable operations.

    Operate within regulated industries with strong compliance practices (FedRAMP, StateRAMP, CMMC).

    Fit within our geographic focus: Michigan, Texas, and Florida — or remote-friendly operations.
