    Model: Recurring/subscription preferred; low churn; established 20+ years; not a turnaround.

    • Customer base: Comfortable with B2G; open to B2G/B2B/B2C.

    Contracts: Preference for long‑term, especially state/federal (SBA set‑asides).

    Team: Existing operating staff preferred; owner not single point of failure.

  • Operate within regulated environments (StateRAMP/FedRAMP/CMMC) with practices appropriate for technology and government contracts.
